Brick by Brick Film Portrays a Modern Struggle for Civil Rights


This Wednesday, April 6, UCSB’s MultiCultural Center (Channel Islands Rd., UCSB) will screen Brick by Brick: A Civil Rights Story. The film follows three modern families in Yonkers, New York, and their fight against political-racial and social-racial discrimination and the effect these factors have on their hometown in a current-day context. The screening starts at 6 p.m.; admission is free. Call 893-8411 for more info.
