Outdoor Yoga Session Will Feature Live Drums, Full Moon


A full moon will rise over the Pacific while attendees at Moonstruck by Yoga will meditate and practice yoga on the shoreline to the beat of live drums this Friday, February 18, from 6-8:30 p.m. The all-levels session will incorporate the principles of Ananda Yoga and other variations. Bring a mat, walking shoes, flashlight, and water; meet at Hendry’s Beach parking lot, 9829 Cliff Drive. The fee for the session is $20; call 448-2619 to preregister or for more info.
