TEDxManhattan beams S.B. some food for thought at this daylong program, which will highlight the sustainable food movement, and feature the biggest minds in food and farming. The TED talk Changing the Way We Eat is live (and sold out) in N.Y.C., but you can catch a live broadcast at Sansum Clinic (215 Pesetas Ln.) on Saturday, January 21, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Three sessions (“Issues,” “Impact,” and “Innovation”) will feature experts, thinkers, and doers who cover the world of food from the soil all the way to the table.
