City Holiday Closures

Though police, fire, harbor patrol, and 9-1-1 services will operate throughout the holidays, most city administrative offices will be closed from Wednesday, December 24, thought Friday, January 2, reopening on Monday, January 5. City public works offices will also be closed, but repair requests will be responded to as necessary: (805) 560-7505.

The librarians are taking the holidays off, too, with Central, Eastside, Solvang, Goleta, Montecito, and Carpinteria libraries closing on Christmas and New Year’s day. The Santa Barbara libraries will be closing early, at 4 p.m., on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
