The PTSD issue is overwhelming to the VA.It is basicly trying everything to aviod treatment>they are throwing these guys into "substance abuse" classes, telling them they are addicts first, then they put you into limbo with therapy that 99% is based on "substance abuse"

I am at the sheridan WY VAMC,and I live with these guys, work with them, all I see the VA doing is putting a case load of 20 to 30 guys on a doctors work schedule, and the doctor passes them on to social workers that are trained in "substance abuse."

Yet this facilty puts more of there VA budget into concern for the employee's,such as office comforts, break room comforts, and training programs for employees only,example-there are 40 top of the line computers sitting in a room that has not been used in over a month{time anufe to train a veteran for a new carier}yet this facilty will let them sit read for use by employees.Poeple need to be informed to how the VA treats its VETERANS.We served them when they needed us,its time for them to know we need them now..
