Good to see the Public Health Department are trying to deal with this problem. The quality of the food we consume has been getting worse for several decades. In particular producers now add a lot of preservatives and other chemicals to extend the time the food can be kept on the grocers shelves, and why this may be good for profits it is not good for the health of the consumer. If we eat less animal based foods and more organic produce this can go a long way to redress the balance.
