Have these admin's ever met a bond measure they didnt like?

I'll vote no as we cannot pay off the existing bonds let alone more...

When will these people realize that forcing your children to pay for your excesses is not positive?

Tenor is ridiculous and the fact that unions exist not to provide better education, but solely to protect their members (and themselves) is the problem. Whether its the backassward pay scale or the fact that its almost impossible to remove a bad teacher, the unions continue to prove that they dont give a rats ass about the children, only themselves.

As long as we allow inept, incompetent un-inspiring people to remain as teachers, we will continue to slip further and further down the ladder.

They should have given honorary degrees to those who were killed.

It would have been a symbolic but very kind gesture for the families.

This guy is a moron of the highest order. You simply DO NOT get involved with your student or your players. Ever! Heck, you shouldnt even date a subordinate in the professional world let alone an under age person.

I dont care what her parents thought (although it sure is telling of their morals and their culture) I do care that a 38 year old man thought for a moment that it was OK to get involved with a 17yr old and worse, that the 17 yr old was on his team.

What an idiot. Fire him and assure that he is never, ever hired as a coach or a teacher ever again.

Like it or not we live in a market based society. Dont pay your water bill, water gets turned off... And under the rules of a market based society, those willing to pay the price no matter how high, have a right to buy what they can.

I'd rather we cut off Ag and forced hotels to cut their use. These businesses are where most of the water goes...

Ha! This is great. The cab companies in SB are so rediculously expensive. With no consistency at all across companies or cars, the fares can range by 100% or more...

In fact cabs are more expensive in SB than any other city in the US. You can go from downtown NYC to the Upper East Side for half what it costs to go from the airport to downtown SB.

And the fact that many of the drivers I have used in SB are illegal immigrants who speak barley a word in English is enough to make me want to destroy all the companies in this town. I love Uber. Its convenient, safe, inexpensive and dependable.

The best thing that can possibly happen to consumers in SB is to have Uber and Lyft force the cab companies to compete on a level playing field.

Oh poor Foo, can dish it but cant take it... No worries. We all know that you're a moron. And that's not name calling, its citing fact.

Those of us who read this site on any regular basis know how inept and illogical you are... You're the only one who doesnt seem to see.

The number one sign of an idiot is that they're not smart enough to know how stupid they are... You exemplify this phenomenon.

Go ahead and cry foul, but you're the loser who obviously lives off his parents and grandparents and spends every single day posting nonsense. We just pop in for occasional entertainment. This is obviously the only interaction and dialog you have in your pathetic life. And that's sad.

BTW - it was oil that build the early economy. Not citrus and avo ranching. Nice try though, thanks for playing.

Wow you're one moronic fool Foo. So its clear that you sit on your ass all day long posting here because your granddaddy planted a few avo trees and now you live off of his money and our taxes. No wonder you're on every single thread spewing your nonsensical logic and stupid assertions... if you only knew how little you know, you would shut up and go explore the world.

I really cannot believe how stupid your post is... almost comical but really just sad. Give up. You will never, ever, ever understand.

Corporations are not bad, but they they exist only to shelter people from liability and earn profits at all cost. As an entrepreneur, business owner and capitalist, I use corporate structures to hide and earn. Period.

Local citrus and avocado orchards are a hold-over from the past they should disappear from the area as they offer no real benefit to a semi arid landscape and a post agricultural economy. Instead they exist only to enrich their owners at a very high cost to people and to the ecology. We can import all our citrus and avocados at a much reduced cost to the environment. I'd much rather we grew table greens and left the pesticides and herbicides used in mass go away...

If you're curious you can look up the exorbitant tax breaks the local avo and citrus growers receive not to mention the massive amount of water and petro chemicals they use. In fact, these two industries can be directly tied to the demise of the honey bee which the entire country and ecology depends upon.

But I guess you'd rather let these "farmers" make millions a year and pay virtually no tax while employing many illegal immigrants and pushing their profits out of the area in the form of capital gain investments..
