What possible excuse do you have for inserting the information that Nelson is black????? What bearing does that have on the case? If he was white, would you have said "Nelson, who is white" ??..... Inexcusable!

In response to Chris' explanation- Those facts should not have been included, separately or otherwise, unless you stated why you, or anyone else, might have thought it was important. Without placing it in context (How many challenges have been made? In what cases? Is the defense concerned? How about the prosecution?) we have no insight in to how or why you are spinning this story the way you are.
