Regulate & Tax marijuana and release the non-violent criminals. There's a solution that would put money BACK into the general fund.

I can only think of one down there - Old Town Tavern (a couple blocks away). They have been killing it (karaoke anyone?) with regards to the UCSB student population for the past 5-6 years.
