I have been misquoted here - what I said was that since the application for the Miramar to the County submitted on 6/7 was deemed incomplete per the letter sent to the Caruso team on 7/6, the Montecito Association would prefer to wait until a complete application has been submitted which we understand will be 8/6.
It serves no one for us to comment on imcomplete information that may then change.
