SEX OFFENDER NABBED:

A known sex offender spotted watching schoolchildren at the
Foothill Elementary School was arrested last Friday at 5:30 p.m. by
an off-duty Santa Barbara police officer. Officer Michael Clayton
was coaching a softball game when he recognized Donald Lee Shouse,
a registered sex offender prohibited from loitering near schools.
Shouse was booked for violating terms of his probation.
