The Santa Barbara Symphony presents the 20th Annual July 4th Concert. The free show will feature various musicians, beginning at 3:30 p.m., and music by the New Sousa Band at 5 p.m. Events take place this Wednesday, July 4, at the Courthouse Sunken Gardens, on the corner of Anacapa and Anapamu streets.
