On 7/21 Santa Maria resident David Hartsock, 20, was arrested for drunk driving and is now being held at the Santa Barbara County Jail on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a UCSB student in Isla Vista earlier in the evening. The victim, Paul Ozhekh, 22, was taken to Cottage Hospital following the incident and treated for two stab wounds.
