The Santa Barbara County Park Department recently announced that it is looking for a corporation, business, or individual to take over the lease and operation of the Brown Pelican Restaurant and its adjoining snack bar, which overlooks the water at Arroyo Burro Beach County Park. The department will be accepting proposals until 3 p.m. on 8/30.
