Starting at midnight on Friday, 8/31 and ending at midnight on Monday, 9/3, law enforcement officers in Santa Barbara County will increase patrols targeting drunk drivers. The campaign, named “Avoid the 12,” aims to discourage people from driving under the influence during the holiday weekend.
