Santa Barbara police are searching for a Hispanic male they believe may have been injured in a head-on bicycle collision on 10/28. The man apparently struck cyclist Darren Porter, 28, as a result of a traffic diversion caused by an overturned truck. Serious damage to the bicycles and a trail of blood left by the man led police to believe that he sustained serious head or facial injuries.
