Tea Fire Massage

The Tea Fire may be a month behind us, but the emotional stress for those who lost their homes will remain for some time. Mike Delamater and Bonnie Vise, owners of Massage Place (28 E. Victoria St.), are offering physical relief to Tea Fire victims in the form of a free massage. Their decision to give came after they met a fire victim who was left with only the clothes on his back. “We spoke with our therapists who agreed to generously donate their time in an effort to make those people feel better, if only for an hour,” Delamater and Vise said in a press release. The 30 complimentary massages are available by appointment on a first-come, first-served basis. The Massage Place is open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m.; call 966-5282.
