Whether as a result of nationwide economic woes or not, the configuration of Santa Barbara’s business community continues to shift. In addition to the closure of Sweet Alley-the candy shop formerly located at 1103 State St.-longtime Santa Barbara eateries Ruby’s Cafe, El Paseo, and Harry’s Plaza have been listed for sale-for $625,000, $2.45 million, and $3 million, respectively. And Mingei Oriental Antiques owner Michael Mundy is looking to sell his shop after 27 years in business at 736 State St. (/biz18)
