In addition to the closure of Sweet Alley-the candy shop formerly located at 1103 State St.-longtime Santa Barbara eateries Ruby’s Cafe, El Paseo, and Harry’s Plaza have been listed for sale-for $625,000, $2.45 million, and $3 million, respectively.
