First District Supervisor Salud Carbajal began his second term in office and 4th District Supervisor Joni Gray her fourth term, joining new 3rd District Supervisor Doreen Farr in a ceremony at the Board of Supervisors’ 1/6 meeting. Also sworn in was Jed Beebe, a former research attorney for the Santa Barbara Superior Court, who won election as a North County judge this past November. (/swearing18)
