Santa Barbara native Anthony Borgatello is Fiesta 2009’s El Presidente. This year’s festivities are set to begin 8/5. The head of area trash hauling service MarBorg Industries, which his family founded more than 70 years ago, Borgatello has served as an executive committee member of Old Spanish Days since 2004.
