Alexis Cottavoz-Usher focuses on modern surfing on the South Coast in his new pictorial publication Shutterspeed. Acollection of breathtaking photos of local coastlines, the Santa Barbara-based photographer’s book and work go on display at the Storm Proofs exhibit at S.B. Art Studios (709 E.
