Zoo to You Brings Wildlife to Local Libraries

This week, the S.B. Public Library System will bring amazing animal ambassadors from ecosystems around the world to children in Santa Barbara—all without having to leave their own community. Zoo to You is a “wildlife on wheels” program coming to a library near you—and bringing creatures like bears, boa constrictors, bald eagles, bugs, big cats, and more. The following is the group’s tour schedule for southern S.B. County this month:

Eastside Library (1102 Montecito St., 963-3727): Tuesday, July 27, 10:30-11:15 a.m.

Carpinteria Public Library (5141 Carpinteria Ave., 684-4314): Tuesday, July 27, 2:30-3:15 p.m.

Solvang Library (1745 Mission Dr., 688-4214): Wednesday, July 28, 10:30-11:15 a.m.

S.B. Public Library (40 E. Anapamu St., 564-5603): Wednesday, July 28, 3:30-4:15 p.m.

Goleta Public Library (500 N. Fairview Ave., 964-7878): Thursday, July 29, 10:30-11:15 a.m.

Montecito Branch Library (1469 E. Valley Rd., 969-5063): 3:30-4:15 p.m.
