In the City of Goleta:
• City Manager Dan Singer makes $190,674 a year, plus $31,100 in annual contributions to his retirement plan.
• City Attorney Tim Giles makes $171,995 a year, plus $28,000 in annual contributions to his retirement plan.
• Community Services Director/City Engineer Steve Wagner makes $162,074 a year, plus $26,400 in annual contributions to his retirement plan.
• City councilmembers each take home $4,800 a year.
