E-edition of the California Voter Guide should reflect passage of SB 1449 (second paragraph), which makes possession of under an ounce of marijuana an infraction rather than a misdemeanor, as of January 1, 2011. The guide reads,
“… possession of less than one ounce of marijuana is a misdemeanor…”
