PSHH Foreclosure Prevention Workshop 7/27/11 in Goleta

The education workshop will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Storke Ranch Apartments, 6822 Phelps Road, Goleta. The seminar, presented by PSHH Housing Counselor Brian Kerrigan, will educate homeowners about the foreclosure process and loan modification opportunities, as well as offer guidance and assistance with the modification request procedure.

Since 1970, Peoples’ Self-Help Housing has developed and now manages over 1,350 affordable rental units and 1,150 self-help home ownership residences in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
