Openings on 1st District Boards and Commissions

The 1st District, which encompasses Summerland, Carpinteria, Montecito, Cuyama, and much of Santa Barbara — the Riviera, Eastside, Westside, water front, downtown and San Roque neighborhoods — has openings on three advisory boards and commissions: the Advisory Board on Alcohol and Drug Problems, Commission for Women, and Historic Landmarks Advisory Committee. The application deadline is January 13, and the application form can be obtained by calling 1st District Supervisor Salud Carbajal’s office at 568-2186. Applicants must reside within the district.
