WELLMAN’S THE MAN: Almost every day of every week of every year for the past decade, The Santa Barbara Independent’s staff photographer Paul Wellman has been out on the scene, snapping pics of politicians, criminals, chefs, athletes, rock stars, and everyone and everything in between. Rarely does he find himself on the other side of the lens, but we have Eric Fredricey to thank for capturing this shot of Wellman working The Indy’s Earth Day booth in April.
