Before he was sentenced Tuesday to 10 years and eight months in state prison, Jeffrey Parish — a wanted man for 18 years before being arrested in Guatemala earlier this year — heard from his victim, a now 22-year-old woman whom Parish molested when she was four. Parish pleaded no contest to a charge of lewd act upon a child with the special allegation of substantial sexual contact and to a charge of oral copulation with a person under the age of 16, as well as charges related to skipping bail and failing to appear in court.
