Felony burglary charges were dropped against landlord Dario Pini for attempting to carry off a handful of items he found at the site of demolished apartment complex on Carrillo Street; instead, the District Attorney’s Office has re-filed the complaint as a misdemeanor. The trial is scheduled to take place next week.
