Goleta’s Design Review Board took a first look 1/28 at a residential-meets-retail project proposed for the property known as Page Site, which sits next to Highway 217 off South Kellogg Avenue. The developer wants to build 106 residential townhomes, 34 live-work townhomes, and 35 shopkeeper units across nearly 10 acres, plus a community center and small park. The land is currently used for farming; rezoning will be discussed should the project progress.
