A YouTube user has uploaded video footage of the near-riot that erupted in Isla Vista on Saturday shortly after a man was stabbed in the stomach on Del Playa Drive. The video depicts 21-year-old Otis Dezjuan Washington dancing on the roof of a passing car before he’s chased down and arrested by Santa Barbara Sheriff’s deputies. Another clip, initially posted on Facebook but then taken down, later showed the crowd chanting “Fuck the police! Fuck the police!” before backup deputies arrived.
