Pacific Beverage, the sister company of Jordano’s Inc., announced last week it purchased a $10.6 million, seven-acre property at the Cabrillo Business Park in Goleta, according to the Pacific Coast Business Times. About to celebrate its 100th anniversary, Santa Barbara-based Jordano’s Inc. is a food and beverage distributor that has mushroomed from a small family business to a powerhouse that employs more than 500 people. The company intends to build a 102,000-square-foot regional distribution center, the Times reported, and construction is expected to commence in 2016.
