Republican Justin Fareed is the Donald Trump on the West Coast, and if left to his own devices, he is going to dismantle Santa Barbara and sell it to outsiders, the highest bidders.
The Los Angeles Times and The Independent reported in June that Fareed got 80 percent of his campaign cash from outside the 24th District, naming Larry Feigen, the owner of a chain of nursing homes donating at least $108,000 through 30 people.
