For the seventh annual edition of this event, there will be a free clinic open to the public on Saturday. Speakers include duathlon champion Patty Peoples, nutritionist Chris Latham, and Ironman veteran Kyle Visin. Sunday’s races are a sprint triathlon, long-course triathlon, run-bike duathlon, and aqua-bike.
