What an excellent marketing plan Cottage Hospital had. They called their Saint Francis Condominium Development project “Workforce Housing.” The City let them have every building-zone modification and mitigation they asked for. Now, presto chango — it’s called “Professional Housing.” I wonder if the City would have sacrificed a whole section of our town had the project been called what it really is “Too Dense for Here.”
