HLAA (Hearing Loss Association of America) Santa Barbara Chapter presents Betsy Randle, local representative for CapTel Captioned phones, who will describe how they work and how she is still delivering captioned phones safely in a post-pandemic world.
She also hosts a podcast for anyone with a hearing loss, who needs to know they are not alone.
