Free LED Bulb Exchange

The South Coast Energy Efficiency Partnership, a coalition led by the Community Environmental Council and Southern California Edison, will trade one strand of energy-efficient, white LED bulbs for a strand of the old energy-sucking kind from 12/312/21 at the following locations: Santa Barbara Central Library, the Community Environmental Council, Westside Community Center, Franklin Community Center, Carpinteria City Hall, and Goleta City Hall; and at the Goleta Community Center on 12/7.
