Yahoo!Arianna Huffington—cofounder and editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post, nationally syndicated columnist, and author of 12 books—will be speaking on History In The Making: The 2008 Election at this year’s Politics, Sex & Cocktails annual fundraising event for the Planned Parenthood Action Fund on Sunday, September 7, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Montecito Country Club (920 Summit Rd.). Sponsorship opportunities, including the option of dining privately with Huffington, are still available. Ms. Huffington cohosts NPR's popular news round-up show, Left, Right and Center, and in 2006 was named to the Time 100 list of the world's most influential people. Tickets are $185.
