    This Friday, November 6, U.S. National Scottish Fiddle Champion Jamie Laval will join forces in S.B. with All-Ireland Guitar Champion Zac Leger in a concert of Traditional and Progressive Celtic Instrumental Music. The two-hour program—which will feature tunes from Scotland, Ireland, Galicia, Québec, and Appalachia—is a worldly opportunity no music fan should miss. The performance starts at 7:30 p.m. at Rancho Embarcadero Community Center (224 Vereda Leyenda, Goleta). Tickets are $15. Call 685-4535 or visit brownpapertickets.com.
