    Third Annual S.B. Rape Crisis Center Benefit

    If you like pairing chocolate and wine, you’ll want to attend the S.B. Rape Crisis Center’s third annual Chocolate de Vine fundraiser. Area wineries—including Curtis Winery, Imagine Wine, Summerland Winery, and Whitcraft Winery—will have selections of their finest vino for tasting. As for the sweets, creations from Jessica Foster Confections, Piece of Mind, and Trufflehound’s Fine Chocolates will be on hand to savor. While sipping and nibbling, attendees will be treated to music by Hip Brazil. The event is Saturday, November 7, from 7-10 p.m. (VIP reception at 6pm) at Island View Nursery (3376 Foothill Rd., Carpinteria; next to the polo fields). Proceeds benefit the S.B.
