City Launches Online Utility Payment System

City residents can now pay their utility bills online thanks to a new system just launched by City Hall. Customers, according to a press release, will be able to view their bill and payment history, make secure credit card payments, review water usage, and sign up for electronic billing to discontinue paper billing. To create an account, visit the city’s website at SantaBarbaraCA.gov.
