City Launches Online Utility Payment System

City residents can now pay their utility bills online thanks to a new system just launched by City Hall. Customers, according to a press release, will be able to view their bill and payment history, make secure credit card payments, review water usage, and sign up for electronic billing to discontinue paper billing.
