American Advertising Federation of Santa Barbara Presents Coastal California ADDY Awards

The American Advertising Federation of Santa Barbara (AAFSB) presented the Coastal California ADDY Awards held at Center Stage Theatre in Santa Barbara, CA.


AAFSB expanded the scope of the ADDY’s this year by displaying entries in the Contemporary Arts Forum across from Center Stage Theater. KEYT Channel 3 Senior Reporter John Palminteri returned as the Master of Ceremonies for the event.

More than 100 ADDY Awards were presented to businesses and agencies located from Westlake Village to Paso Robles, along with a Judges’ Choice and Best in Show award for the highest scoring entries in the entire competition.

The Best in Show ADDY was presented to 20|20 Creative Group for Jimmy Towel, promoting an ecologically-driven product company based in San Luis Obispo. In addition to Best In Show, the agency won a Gold, Silver and Bronze ADDY award.

Saputo Design out of Westlake Village earned the Special Judges Award for their self branding campaign titled “Saputo Fall Promotion”. Saputo Design also earned two Gold, a Silver, and a Bronze ADDY Award, making them one of the night’s big winners.

Gold ADDY Award Winners:

-10 Toes Over for entry “Patagonia Cragmaster” in the category of Digital Advertising

-2020 Creative Group for entry “Jimmy Towel” in the category of Integrated Campaigns

-Evans, Hardy + Young for entry “What’s Wrong with this Picture?” in the category of Consumer or Trade Publication

-Haagen Printing/Typecraft, Inc. for the entry “Santa Barbara Museum of Art ‘Portrayal/Betrayal’ Catalogues” in the category of Collateral Material

-IdeaWork Studios, Inc. for entry “The Mercer Kitchen Website” in the category of Digital Advertising]

-Juice Media for entry “California Wine Institute Video Series” for the category of Digital Advertising

-Saputo Design, Inc. for entries “Saputo Fall Promotion” for the category of Advertising Industry Self-Promotion and “Daniel Robaire” in the category of Digital Advertising

-Sothebys International Realty for entry “Santa Barbara Magazine” in the category of Elements of Advertising
