Summer Brain Cleanse Offered at Alchemy Arts Center, Spa & Cafe

Cleanse Is Part of Center’s Restorative Annual Cleanse Calendar

Alchemy Arts Center, a world-class urban retreat in the heart Santa Barbara, is an oasis for those seeking to improve their quality of life through better health. A unique, year-long cleanse program designed by Alchemy sets people on this path. The next cleanse in the series is The Brain Cleanse from June 23-July 3 with Siddhi Ellinghoven.

Our cleanse programs are designed to restore the body to its ‘natura l state of balance’ by eliminating toxins that accumulate through every day modern life. Our guests find that once the body has been restored by a cleanse, the mind and spirit develop a strong positive attitude that enables people to move forward with a new sense of purpose,” said Emma Narachi, owner.

The Brain Cleanse is an 11-day program designed to nourish and awaken the power of your brain. Designed for all ages, the daily practice with Siddhi includes simple yogic exercises, breathing, chanting and mudras that anyone can do. This program includes optional meals and treatments, as well as recommended nutritional supplements and herbs. The program supports optimal brain function and encourages the balancing and detoxification of the nervous system on all levels and includes treatments that may promote:

- Improved memory, attention, creativity, and cognition

- Reduced risk of neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Parkinson’s

- Stress reduction and release of unhealthy emotional and physical memories and habits

- Enhanced clarity and focus as well as inner peace and tranquility

The program includes options for daily organic meals, yoga, meditation, herbal supplements, healing treatments and nutritional guidance. Packages start at $330 and early bird discounts are available.

Each monthly cleanse is offered with several options and guests are encouraged to enjoy a complimentary wellness consultation to help decide what is best for them. All programs can be customized to include organic cleansing foods and/or juices provided by the Alchemy Cafe to support the cleanse experience. More comprehensive options include food/juice, classes, treatments, and individual evaluations and coaching.

Guests find that the cleanse creates the perfect starting point for achieving success in other areas of their lives - it’s the foundation for restoring balance and integrity to your life,” said Narachi.

Another beneficial aspect of Alchemy’s cleanse programs is the group/community activity that happens each day. Participants are welcome to join each other at Alchemy for yoga, meditation, lecture series, or even an acupuncture session.

The Cleanse Calendar features the upcoming programs:

August 6-16 - Juice Cleanse with Siddhi Ellinghoven

This profound daily Yoga practice and cleanse with Siddhi is supported by Alchemy’s unique approach to juicing. Using only the finest organic produce, we create vibrant, healing, fresh-pressed juices each day to nourish and cleanse the body at the deepest level.

September 5-15 - The Brain Cleanse with Siddhi Ellinghoven

The Brain Cleanse awakens us to the deep patterns that are held in our nervous system, and through gentle, repetitive practices and high quality nutrition, encourages us to remember, to let go, to open our eyes, and to shift our perspective.

October 21-November 3 - Earth Season Cleanse

This cleanse occurs quarterly around the mid-season mark and is recognized as an optimal time for cleansing and nourishing the body in preparation for the coming season.

Before the Earth Cleanse, I felt anxious, stressed and annoyed. Now, I feel peaceful and centered. The best part was being nurtured so deeply in such a beautiful space.” Guest
