S-land has missed out on overdevelopment? It is only a square mile, and I ask you to find any undeveloped space in that mile. Further recent development of pig hill has only added to the "overdevelopment." S-land is a beach town, and now it is so overdeveloped that people have built fake rivers in their front yards. After state water was approved every empty lot in s-land was built on. S-land is my favorite place, I was born there and spent 26 years living there, but please let it remain a "funky" if not quant beach town, NO NEW DEVELOPMENT!!!!
