Don't any of you locals, have any comment?
I would be thrilled to have a developement like this reincarnate the Miramar! I am interested in this because, from my over-developed,
New York p.o.v, you guys are really blessed to have such an amazing guy in Caruso to do the job.
I'm not comparing Montecito to Brooklyn, by any means; but you west coasties are fortunate and smart to take your time , and do it right.
