How about them cell phones in their hands. Now there's plenty of tickets they can give out for that. In other countries like Brasil, its an automatic ticket for using a cell phone while driving. When is America going to catch up with the rest of the world.

Contractors are always looking for a way out paying people. I've seen them use religious people at job sites just, so they can pay less for the job. Yes their rate of return on the jobs are low sometimes, but the quality will not get better with cheap labor. I've worked with and seen first hand how these people operate. I've seen mexicans smuggled into work sites. Ship all those illegals back to where ever they came from. Don't say I'm a racist, I'm half mexican. I'm a legal one though. Go get them men, you deserve your money. I'm just venting.
