    combining several days of gusty winds with low humidity to
    produce critical fire conditions for much of the area for the end
    of the week.

    SUNDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RH FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES
    229, 460, AND 465...
    * AFFECTED AREA...In California...Fire weather zone 229. In
    Nevada...Fire weather zones 460 and 465.
    * TIMING...Winds will increase and combine with dry air by late
    Friday morning and persist through Sunday.
    * WIND...South to southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to
    40 mph Friday then increasing to 40 to 45 mph on Saturday and
    Sunday.
    * HUMIDITY...Afternoon humidities falling near or below 10
    percent with only modest recovery overnight.
    * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
    Outdoor burning is not recommended.
