The Zaca Fire Area Closure, stretching from Highway 166 to Highway 33, remains closed until the public’s safety can be ensured, according to Los Padres National Forest spokesperson Joe Pasinato. Camino Cielo Road remains closed to the public east of Gibraltar Road, as do Figueroa Mountain Road and Happy Canyon Road at the forest boundary, and Santa Ynez River Road beyond the first crossing.
