Halloween celebrations in Isla Vista this weekend carried an arrest tally of 200, with 275 citations issued. Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s spokesperson Sgt. Erik Raney stated that most of the arrests and citations were alcohol-related. Authorities reported no major incidents, although the Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital emergency room saw more than its usual load of patients.
